Parent Volunteer Corps

The Parent Volunteer Coprs (PVC) supports CBDS by organizing most volunteer efforts during the school year.  PVC volunteers support CBDS with fund raising, school-wide community events, grade level coordinators, prayer intercession, teacher appreciation, and many other areas of volunteer support.

Cougar Club

The Cougar Club is the Athletic Booster Club for CBDS that supports all of the interscholastic athletic programs with positive encouragement, dedicated service, and promotion. Cougar Club members and volunteers support the athletic department through fundraising, event planning, and encouraging and helping develop a strong School Spirit.

RenWeb Parent Information System

RenWeb is a web-based system that allows Calvary Baptist Day School parents secure access to grades, homework assignments, school calendar of events, announcements, online directory and much more. This is a robust system that allows CBDS to effectively communicate to students and families, keeping them informed of vital information and activities within the school.

Announcements are published on the RenWeb homepage, in addition to our weekly Cougar News.

Our goal at CBDS is to keep families informed and involved!

Cougar News

Cougar News is the CBDS weekly email newsletter that goes out each Wednesday to all CBDS Families.  It is the school's way of staying proactively involved in communicating news and events to our families.

Scrip/T.R.I.P (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program)

Did you spend $50 on gas today or $200 at the grocery store this week?  Perhaps you stopped at Starbucks on your way to work or took your family out to eat last night. Wouldn't it be great to have some of that money back? YOU CAN...if you are one of the many families to participate in the CBDS Scrip Program. Click here for more information and to enroll today!

Fellowship Events

  • Fun on the Field (September/School-wide event) - There is no better way to kick off the school year and connect with old and new friends than to attend the annual Fun on the Field (FOTF).  This carnival-like event offers games, food, blow-ups, and a whole lot of fellowship.

  • Grandparents' Day (October) - Each fall, we set aside a special day to celebrate our grandparents and special friends by inviting them to campus. They get a chance to visit classrooms, enjoy a student led chapel, and see what life is like on our campus.

  • Cougar Club Tailgate - At select home athletic games the Cougar Club hosts CBDS tailgate parties.  Bring your CBDS Cougars out for an evening of food, fun and fellowship.
