Kathy Sapp leads our Upper School program. In the Upper School, students are focused on learning, integrating, and communicating truth. Students in grades 9-12 are given the opportunity to master a difficult but rewarding core curriculum in preparation for college. CBDS incorporates aspects of the classical model within our curriculum such as analytical thinking and writing, rhetoric, and exposure to classical literature. Using the best of classical methods, students learn to express knowledge with clarity and originality. Our goal is to provide a balanced and well-rounded approach to education.
Graduates from the high school program are currently enrolled in major Christian colleges and public universities. In addition to a rigorous and biblically integrated academic program, students also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of athletic, Fine Arts, and club activities.
