purpose

The objectives of the Calvary Baptist Day School PTF are:
  1. Enhance parental fellowship and involvement in Calvary Baptist Day School
  2. Facilitate Parent-Teacher interaction and Communication
  3. Provide a fundraising mechanism to support student, teacher, and school community
  4. Provide structure and training for volunteers
  5. Provide structure and support for the many volunteer opportunities at Calvary Baptist Day School
  6. Enhance Calvary Baptist Day School quality of life through fellowship, encouragement, support and prayers
  7. Establish communication channels between parents and staff through all grades of Calvary Baptist Day School

The Calvary Baptist Day School PTF is an organization established to enhance the quality of school life for the entire Calvary Baptist Day School community.

Serving one another . . . encourage, support and cooperate with each other. (Philippians 2:3-4 "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others." NIV).

activities

ACSI Scholastic Events Coaching

Again this year, PTF will be the "volunteer arm" of these events . . . Spelling Bee, Math Olympics, and Speech Competition. Our volunteers will work with the teachers to coordinate these events and will help coach students to get ready for their competitions.


Scholarship for Costa Rica Trip:

Also again this year, the PTF will be sponsoring a $500 scholarship towards the Senior Mission trip to Costa Rica.
